Certification Documents
The certificate of accreditation shall be issued to the client organization after successful compliance of the requirements of relevant management system. The effective date on a certification document shall not be before the date of the certification decision.
The certificate shall have the following information, and this information shall be publicly available:
- Unique identification no of certificate
- Name of the organisation to be certified
- Address of the organisation to be certified
- Geographical locations of sites (in case of multiple sites)
- Ref to quality management system
- Scope of appraisal
- Initial date of accreditation
- Date of certificate issuance
- Period of validity of certificate- expiration date
